SHIPPING POLICY
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday & Friday, excluding holidays. As Aussie Metal Clay makes our clay to order, guaranteeing freshness, orders are typically shipped out within 3 to 4 business day. Extraordinarily large orders may take a bit longer.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about any shipping methods, please email Info@Aussiemetalclay.com.
How do you ship?
Aussie Metal Clay is located in Australia. We use Australia Post for all of our shipments. Our website will allow you to choose your shipping option at check out. All international shipments will have a tracking number that we can provide to you.
Rates to ship?
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. We charge you what the Australia Post charges us. The charge is based on weight (including product and packaging) and location.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Once your order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account Aussiemetalclay.com
Aussie Metal Clay allows you to return product within 21 days of original purchase date.
There will be no credit on the original shipping and handling. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product must be in original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
Upon receipt of product, Aussie Metal Clay personnel will review and inspect to ensure no visible
damages, defects, or alterations. If any are found, we will notify you and you must decide if
said product needs to be shipped back to you (at your expense) or discarded. Written
authorization must be provided to discard.
Credits/refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment at the time of order.
Aussie Metal Clay reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to
authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.
